Based on the stage of the order when a customer requests cancellation, we strive to allow cancellations without fees whenever possible, and there are usually no fees if the items have not yet been prepared, packaged, or shipped (typically a few business days after the order is placed and paid for).
After this grace period, the cancellation fee, if any, is determined by the supplier(s) and can range from 0% to 30% or more of the order value, depending on various factors such as restocking and storage costs, and whether the order is custom. However, we always make efforts to keep the fee as low as possible.
Returns, including exchanges, must be processed through our customer service department. For identical items with defects, a replacement will be provided at no cost to the customer if the damage is reported immediately after delivery and noted on the delivery receipt. Returns may also incur fees ranging from 0% to 30% or more of the order value and the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.
